Anti-Discrimination Committee Objectives
- To prevent discrimination and promote equality among students and staff within the institution.
- To receive and address complaints related to discriminatory behavior or practices.
- To ensure that every individual in the institution is treated with dignity and respect.
- To create awareness through workshops, seminars, and awareness programs on anti-discrimination laws and policies.
- To recommend appropriate action to the administration in cases of proven discrimination.
- To promote a culture of inclusivity, tolerance, and harmony in the academic environment.
The committee will consist of faculty members, administrative representatives, and student representatives to ensure fair and balanced functioning. The committee will function in accordance with the principles of equality, justice, and institutional discipline.
